1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Prestige Biohazard Cleaning ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services.

2. Service Provision

We provide specialist biohazard cleaning and remediation services. Due to the nature of our work, specific risk assessments must be carried out prior to commencement of any work. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe for our technicians beyond reasonable control measures.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date for commercial clients. For private residential clients, a deposit may be required before work commences. We accept BACS and major credit cards.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price to cover lost time and resource allocation.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage hidden by waste or contamination. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Hazardous Waste

We are a licensed upper-tier waste carrier. All hazardous waste removed from your property will be disposed of in accordance with Environment Agency regulations. Transfer notes will be provided.
